With 20+ years working in leadership development, talent management and DEI across multiple industries, I bring my expertise to the table to help you define and achieve your goals tied to leadership, team and organizational development.

I have experience across industries including energy, manufacturing, retail, digital commerce, finance, healthcare, and the wine industry. I have lived and worked abroad, and have served in global and regional leadership roles.

My leadership experience includes serving as the Global Head of Talent Management for 7 global functions comprising 45K employees for a Fortune 500 company during the largest corporate reorganization in the company’s 50 year history; Head of North America Talent for a 150 year-old, Paris-based energy company during the company’s largest-ever global business transformation; Head of Talent for a multi-national, family-run business in it’s 50th year of business as it transitioned to its first non-family member CEO; Head of Leadership & Organizational Development for one of Oregon’s top 4 employers and a globally-recognized leader in healthcare; Head of the Oregon Winegrower’s Association and deputy Head of the Oregon Wine Board during its inception; Lecturer in Socio-cultural Anthropology for University of Auckland - New Zealand’s leading academic institution.

Meet Leslie Hanson

I am an experienced professional with a background in University Career Advising and Human Resources. I bring 25 years of experience working side-by-side with executives and senior leadership across the globe to identify misalignments, facilitate organizational breakthroughs and team cohesion, and define and manage talent initiatives.

I was fortunate to work as a member of the Global People and Culture leadership team for the leading dental equipment company in the U.S. where I served as the Head of Talent Acquisition and as a Senior HR Business Partner for Global Sales and Marketing. As a consultant and coach, I am passionate about bridging the gaps between organizational objectives and talent. I bring both experience and insights to help leaders be successful utilizing coaching, group process facilitation, workshops, and assessments. I have extensive experience as a 360 Coach for C-suite through high level individual contributors (engineering, manufacturing, sales, operations, and marketing professionals.)  Earned certifications include HRBP and Korn Ferry Talent Solutions (360, global competency framework, interview architect and high potential assessment).  I am also a Certified Coach with the Jay Shetty organization.  I enjoy inspiring individuals to unlock their potential, overcome challenges, and find purpose.

As a talent expert, I provide companies with guidance on strength-based and value-based hiring practices that meet compliance guidelines and go above and beyond best practice.  I work with you to define a larger talent strategy uniting selection, onboarding and people development.
